Our breakfast and lunch menus will tantalize the most discerning of taste-buds.
Under normal circumstances, we pride ourselves on serving the best traditional breakfast in Fredericton. However, after COVID-19, we will once again offer: bacon and eggs; interesting omelettes; the ever-popular Eggs Benedict; fluffy pancakes; delicious quiche; and more. You can round out your breakfast meal with fresh-squeezed OJ, smoothies, scones, danishes, or muffins, which we currently still serve. And yes, we have two variety of coffees to get you moving. Sounds like a great way to start your day!
Normally, breakfast is served until 11:00 am on weekdays and until 2:00 pm on weekends. Takeout options would be normally available.

Want to try something new and exciting? We round out our regular menu with tasty daily specials prepared by our chef. Watch out on our homepage for the special of the day.
Our lunch menu would normally contain oven-baked subs, sandwiches, homemade soups and unique pizzas that are made from scratch and use only the freshest of ingredients. Yes, our pizza dough is made fresh, in house, everyday. In autumn, we have Fredericton’s largest soup bar that has five soups to warm you to your toes. We also offer a wide variety of salads for those looking to enjoy something on the lighter side. However, we have developed a significant takeout and delivery menu. View the takeout and delivery menu HERE. Of course, you finish up your meal with a treat from our bakery that will definitely satisfy that sweet-tooth.
Under normal circumstances, lunch items would be available from 11:00 am to Close daily. Until then, we are serving a limited number of our sandwiches from 11:30 am until 2 pm daily. Takeout options will be available via the ordering link. We are also offering a variety of pre-made sandwiches, pizzas, soups, quiches, salads, desserts and more.
